Join Cara on the mat for a mind, body exercise that fine tunes core stability, strength, flexibility and attention to muscle control, posture and breathing. Regardless of your skill level this mat class consist of a series of pre-designed low impact exercises, poses and stretches that aim to improve your posture, alignment and flexibility as well as tone and strengthen your whole body. This class designed to prevent damage to any pre-existing injuries. Ending with breathing and relaxation. Reward yourself and your body by challenging yourself while making a world of difference from the core.
