Join Melanie for an hour of Restorative Yoga. Along with sound healing with Terri Lynn playing the crystal bowls. A gentle style of yoga, targeting the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissue - ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia of the body and the meridians. Allowing the night to alleviate tension, enhance breath awareness and develop mindfulness. Leaving relaxed and calm!!!
