A practice where we use bolsters, blankets, pillows, straps to support our bodies in various different shapes. By staying in these poses for longer periods of time, we can focus on the breath and activate our parasympathetic nervous system. Here you will find relaxation to offer your body the chance to restore itself. Your muscles will relax, your breath will deepen and your mind takes a break. Which allows your body and mind to recharge - its like plugging in our phones to fill up the battery. With this practice we eventually find peace within and cultivate our ability to relax. Once we see the power of silence and taking deep breaths when necessary we become less reactive to anything happening around us. We learn to slow down.
