Join Melanie for an hour and a half of sound healing with the crystal bowls and a guided Meditation! Come experience the vibration of the singing bowls , each bowl offers a different frequency of sound, which will penetrate into the body of each individual. This is a relaxing journey opening your energy system with the healing sounds of the bowls. Ending with a guided meditation, leaving you feeling warm, relaxed and calm!!!

I love yoga with Melanie.  She is a great instructor and brings a positive energy to the class.  Her classes are a great mix of postures, stretches, breathing and relaxation.  Melanie always completes her session with a short inspirational meditation leaving me rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead.
