Parent and Kids Yoga

Service Description

Join Paige Danforth, certified kids yoga instructor for a 45 minute Saturday morning yoga movement session with your fav little ones. This class is great for kids above the age of 5 and will be most enjoyed by children under the age of 12, Class will involve a basic warm up, some fun movement activities and partner practices as well as a cool down, ending in a few minutes of sleepy time. We can't wait to see you on the mat!!! Price includes parent and child.
